Up to now, PEOI has existed with the assistance of John Petroff and his family in the form of volunteer work, supply of course material and payment for all PEOI out-of-pocket expenses. Over the three years of PEOI's formation, the amount thus contributed is estimated to exceed $1 million. To achieve its full potential PEOI cannot possibly rely on a few individuals and must receive public support.
