Improvements of course content or format are often inspired by student comments. PEOI provides a systematic process for student feedback at the conclusion of each quiz or when receiving a grade for an assignment, and subsequent opportunities for adding or modifying the feedback.
The instructor can read student feedback pertaining to his/her own - and only own - courses by accessing the Feedback procedure in the menu above. Statistics that can be viewed by all students and faculty, show average evaluations for each course (but not for each instructor).
The feedback is currently based on six questions evaluated on the bases of 5.0 (best) and a short sentence comment, but this may be changed by collegial policy decision.
