Chapter:7: The e-Marketing Plan

You are the owner of PetCare, a small business providing services for small pets: dogs, cats, mice, birds, rabbits etc. Your regular customers are people going to holidays who have no one to watch after their pet while they're gone, or maybe they prefer specialized staff to take care of their favorites. The regular services you provide are: pet-housing, vetenarian, pet-entertainment, dog training.

You feel it is time to go online: you'll have so many opportunities in this new world! Yet, you are not sure what to proceed with, so you decide to develop a written plan.

Try to imagine a scenario for PetCare going online: write a basic plan, following the steps described in the Chapter 7. Do not forget to evaluate your present situation, to set up objectives and the action plan you will take in order to achieve them. Describe how you will implement it (what contribution, assignments will have your employees, for example) and how you will control it.
