Starting with year 2018, PEOI will no longer file Form 990-EZ, but Form 990-N Electronic Notice (e-Postcard) for Tax-Exempt Organizations not Required to file Form 990 or 990-EZ because the organization gross receipts are $50,000 or less. PEOI indeed has and will have nill gross receipts. Form 990-N is an electronic filing and no physical copy exists of it. For years prior to 2018, copies of US IRS filings are listed below.

As can be seen in the above Form 990 filings, during the first three years of PEOI's filing, PEOI's revenues included capitalized volunteer work contribution. In 2006 this practice was terminated after receiving advice from Internal Revenue Service that volunteer work should not be capitalized. Since then, i.e. 2007, the only asset reported has been $30 in a bank account, and no revenue, no salary and no expenses. All PEOI's operating expenses which amount to few hudred dollars per year, are paid directly by John Petroff.

PEOI has also filed annually Form BCO-10 with Pennsylavnia Bureau of Charitable Organizations and Form CHAR500 with NYS Office of the Attorney General Charities Bureau from 2003 to 2016 showing no revenue received and no salary paid in each of the years filed. In January 2019, Form BCO-2 Non-Renewal of Charitable Organization Registration Statement was filed wih Pennsylvania Bureau of Charitable Organizations. State filing will continue in the State of New York only.
