We, the board members of Professional Education Organization International Fund whose names appear below, resolve to submit grant applications to all appropriate foundations, goverment and international agencies for the purpose of funding the projects listed in PEOI strategy, and to instruct the executive director to draft and send these grant applications on behalf of PEOI Board of Directors.
