We, the board members of Professional Education Organization International Fund whose names appear below, resolve that PEOI shall open a checking account at the Bank of Richmondville in Schoharie, NY, that checks drawn on this account shall bear the signatures of PEOI executive director and treasurer, and that until the treasurer is appointed, the signature of the executive director shall be sufficient.
