We, the board members of Professional Education Organization International Fund whose names appear below, approve undertaking a fund raising campaign by sending out funding proposals and letters of inquiry to all foundations, government agencies and international organization with an interest in higher education, distance education, adult education, help for the disadvantaged and disabled, economic development, support of women and best use of information technology, and instruct the executive director to send out such proposals and letters of inquiry in the name of PEOI Board of Directors.
