PEOI Board of Directors March 5, 2006

Dear board members,

The agenda items for March 2006 online board meeting are
presented below. A board vote bulletin is supplied for board
member voting.

 

Item #1- approval of the minutes of July 2005 meeting.

Item #2- executive director's report and evaluation of survey results:

See recent newsletters for executive director's report. They point to
the survey as a major tool for PEOI's strategy.
Please visit https://www.peoi.org/Survey/results.php. Based on the answers,
give your priority as to needed improvements (if any).

One more applicant has been added to the list of new applicants circulated
in the proposed agenda items of this board meeting. The CV of Minh Vo is not
available at the time of this mailing, but is expected to be received shortly;
should that not be the case, a no vote for her is appropriate.

Because of the large number of applicants board members should refrain from
appointing (i.e. voting yes for) more than five applicants. Note the number
of board members who are appointed but fail to be active or to register.

Item #5- next online board meeting:
July 2006

Please note that failure to return the vote bulletin properly
filled out by March 31, 2006, will constitute a non-participation
in board meeting that may lead to removal from the board.
Board members do not have to wait until the end of the month to
submit their vote bulletin: this can be done anytime.
